Milestone

Did you know that around 80% of diseases are caused by lifestyle mistakes?

Inadequate nutrition, lack of exercise, too much stress, lack of sleep, harmful addictions are at the root of disease.

So if you have caused the illness yourself, it is obvious that you can contribute to fix it. If you change your lifestyle in time, you can even reverse a significant part of the disease.

In my “milestone” writings, I explain the basic health-disease connection. It’s “foundational” information that helps you understand the more complex articles I write about diseases, symptoms and treatment options.
